The Cover
Q: What is Boiler Cover and which cover do I need?
✅ Boiler Cover is a having Gas Safe engineers on hand in your time of need potentially saving you hundreds in cost. your monthly subscription gives you priority response and a yearly safety check to help avoid breakdowns and stress. It protects your heating and hot water system as well as plumbing emergencies giving you peace of mind throughout the year. We try and keep our covers simple, both cover you for everything, but our standard cover comes with a £50 excess on breakdown visits where as our premium cover is all inclusive. The right cover for you may depend on your situation, the age of your boiler and reasons for getting cover. e.g. Most new build properties have a warranty to cover any issues that may occur on the system, but, to keep the warranty valid on your boiler, it must be serviced every year and signed off by Gas Safe engineers, our standard cover helps you spread the cost of the yearly check up but also keeps you protected in case of emergency.

Q: What Boilers are included?
✅ We service and repair all boilers of all ages including back boilers at no extra cost
Q: How do I set up my direct debit?
✅ Just fill out the form upon sign up and your direct debit will be set up for that same date every month.
Q: How do I book My service or a breakdown?
✅ The easiest way to book your service or breakdown is by logging onto the members area, you can also call, email the office or Text/Whatsapp your local rep/engineer to arrange for you
Q: What happens if my boiler is Beyond Economical Repair?
✅ Sometimes the cost of a repair is worth more than the boiler itself, in this unfortunate event you will be offered

Q: How soon can I book my service?
✅ right away! We try to book most services during the quieter Spring and Summer months but keep our diary open all year round, our availability will show on the members page when you go to book
Q: Do you help Customers with Vulnerabilities?
✅ Customers with vulnerabilities get priority response when loss of facilities or emergencies occur. Please let us know in the comment box when signing up and additional measures will be put in place to make sure you can contact us in the most simple way

✅ Everyone has different needs and circumstances, for peace of mind and a yearly safety check the cover ticks all the boxes, if you don't want the monthly commitment, no problem! You will receive the same level of service at competitive prices in your time of need
